Welsh elite athlete Adelé Nicoll has competed internationally in both bobsleigh and shotput. Her 2022 sporting highlights include a silver medal in bobsleigh at the World Cup, being a Team GB reserve at the Winter Olympics Beijing, becoming British shotput champion and making the shotput final of the Commonwealth Wealth Games Birmingham.

With over 25 Welsh titles to her name across the discus and shotput, she is currently combining training for both winter and summer Olympics with her work in entertainment.

Having starred as a celebrity warrior on BBC’s NTA-nominated show Go Hard or Go Home, Adelé is a popular speaker, mentor and has a masters degree in psychology. She also works with corporate partners to provide bobsleigh experiences including insights from psychology, lessons learnt as an athlete and passenger rides!
