Gareth is best known for presenting ITV’s flagship teatime show How2 for over 16 years, as well as fronting Tomorrow’s World (BBC1), The Big Bang (ITV1), GetFresh (ITV1) and a raft of school’s programmes from the award-winning Action Forces, to Maths Sphere.

Gareth Jones currently presents & produces radio shows & podcasts. Off-screen, With a background in science, engineering and technology, Gareth tours the UK with his one-man interactive stage shows. These highly entertaining events are, at heart, motivational lectures, designed to raise the aspirations of Gareth's audience and equip them with strategies that will help them achieve.
