

Benjamin Pritchard PLY is a Paralympic rower, World and European Champion, and inspirational speaker on leadership, resilience, inclusion, and high performance. In 2016, a cycling accident left him paralysed from the waist down, forcing him to rebuild his life and adapt to a new challenge. During rehabilitation, he discovered rowing and quickly progressed to elite competition, joining the GB Para Rowing Team in 2017.
Benjamin has achieved remarkable success, including becoming a World Champion, European Champion, World Record Holder, and Paralympic Champion in the PR1 Single Sculls at the 2024 Paris Paralympics, where he set a new Paralympic record. Alongside his sporting career, he has experience in the financial services industry and brings lessons from elite sport into practical strategies for business and organisational performance.
He delivers high-impact talks and workshops on leadership, resilience, performance under pressure, inclusion, and overcoming setbacks. Benjamin combines authentic storytelling with actionable takeaways, providing audiences with practical strategies they can apply immediately. His sessions are tailored for corporate teams, executive leadership groups, non-profits, schools, and sporting organisations.
